Waie ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Waie mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.
The following data is saved locally using your device's storage and is never transmitted to our servers:
When you use the Ask AI feature, the question you type is sent to our server to generate an answer. This data is used only to process and return your answer — it is not stored, not linked to any identity, and not used for any other purpose.
We do not collect your name, email address, device identifiers, location, contacts, or any other personal information through the App.
The Waie app does not require you to create an account or log in. All features are available without registration.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except as required to operate the services listed above (e.g. forwarding your Ask AI question to OpenAI to generate a response).
All communication between the App and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. Since we collect minimal data and store your preferences locally on your device, there is very little personal data at risk.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Since all your app data (progress, notes, favourites, etc.) is stored locally on your device, you are in full control of it at all times. You can:
